With COVID-19 restrictions continuing into the fall, many young people around the country are finding themselves sidelined and unable to participate in their favorite sports or activities.

This is adding an undue layer of stress to kids who already have processed significant changes and reductions in their social lives over the past months. In this video, Ohio State Wexner Medical Center psychologist James Houle offers parents advice on how to help their children navigate change.
